Peasants Dreaming LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the peasantsdreaming.com website and our mobile gaming applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your authentication identifier (such as Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email address) and your chosen in-game display name or codename.
• Foreground Location Data ("When In Use"): Our location-enabled games collect geospatial coordinates only while the application is open in the foreground (or during an active, user-initiated game verification event) to render your position on the game map, enforce safety geofences, and enable gameplay. We do not perform continuous 24/7 background location tracking, and we never sell location data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
• Camera & AR Sensor Data: Where a game mode uses augmented reality (AR) or visual tag verification, camera frames are processed on-device to anchor 3D objects or verify game actions. Short in-game clips are recorded only when explicitly triggered by a player action.
• Purchase & Transaction Records: In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play (via RevenueCat). We do not store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and secure gameplay across our mobile applications.
• To enforce player safety boundaries, including vehicle speed lockouts (11 mph / 5.0 m/s), overnight curfews, and personal home safe zones.
• To prevent cheating, GPS spoofing, and unauthorized API access via Firebase App Check (Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity).

3. Data Retention & Automatic Expiration

Historical gameplay location breadcrumbs are retained in active operational storage for up to 7 days and then automatically purged or anonymized. If you enrolled biometric embeddings for optional visual game modes, raw enrollment frames are discarded immediately on-device and encrypted embeddings are deleted upon account closure.

4. Account & Data Deletion (Your Rights)

In accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v), Google Play Data Safety requirements, GDPR, and CCPA, you may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly inside our mobile apps via Settings → Delete Account & Data, or by emailing support@peasantsdreaming.com. Deletion requests are processed within 24 hours.
