Welcome to Peasants Dreaming LLC. By accessing our website (`peasantsdreaming.com`) or downloading and playing any mobile application published by Peasants Dreaming LLC (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Real-World Pedestrian Safety & Conduct Rules

Our applications include location-based and augmented reality features designed strictly for pedestrian use in safe public areas:

• No Operation While Driving or Cycling: You must never interact with the Services while driving a motor vehicle, riding a bicycle/scooter, or operating machinery. Our apps automatically disable gameplay above 11 mph (5.0 m/s).
• Respect Private Property & Restricted Zones: You agree never to trespass on private property, K-12 school grounds, hospitals, government facilities, or restricted areas while using the Services.
• Physical Awareness: Always remain aware of your physical surroundings, street crossings, weather, and other pedestrians.

2. Virtual Items, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Virtual currencies, crops, blueprints, season passes, and in-game items licensed through the Services have no real-world monetary value outside the Services and are non-transferable. All billing for in-app purchases and subscriptions is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

3. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play

Use of GPS spoofing tools, modified client binaries, emulators, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account.

4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with moving outdoors and interacting with the physical environment while using the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peasants Dreaming LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or physical damages arising out of your use of the Services or failure to abide by pedestrian safety laws.
